JACKIE GURR LEAVES THE BOARD OF HEURSTON GROUP PlC
Ms Jackie Gurr who has been a Director of The Heurston Group PLC (previously 2Up Gaming PLC) for the past 4 years, has stepped down from the Board with effect from 25th April 2016.
Mr Marino Sussich (Chairman) said:
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jackie for her valuable support and contribution to the Heurston (and previously 2Up) business over the years. We wish her well with her other endeavours.”
New appointments to add to the skill and experience of the Board are planned and will be announced in due course.
On other matters, Heurston Group has decided not to pursue the opportunity in the Middle East, details of which were released in May 2015, with Swift Vision and the Middle East Telecommunication Company. This decision was reached after deciding that the company resources required would distract us from our other projects and that this undertaking was inappropriate for the group at this time. It was decided by Heurston’s management that other opportunities under consideration offered greater upside.
