MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA, August 21st, 2015 – The GXG Markets operation of the GXG Official List, Regulated Market and GXG Main Quote and GXG First Quote multi-lateral trading facilities ceased on August 18, 2015. As a consequence 2UP Gaming PLC is no longer listed on the GXG exchange.
2UP is looking at alternative exchanges whilst keeping our long-term objectives in mind.
2Up expect to make an update on this matter in the near future.
Until such time as 2UP Gaming Plc is back on a listed market, we will be providing a “match bargain” facility through the office of our Company Secretary, Nigel Harrison. During this “off-Market” period if shareholders wish to buy or sell please register by emailing their details to nigel@2UP.com and we will try to facilitate a trade.
