HEURSTON UPDATE – 12/11/21
For some time now unsolicited communications purporting to come from a shareholder by the name of Radhika Chaudan, who is not in fact listed as a shareholder, have been sent to shareholders, advisors, clients and prospective clients. These communications have been of a defamatory nature containing inaccurate and unsubstantiated statements that are meant to do reputational damage to the company and its board. Clearly this is not in the best interest of shareholders as it makes it harder to grow the company, wastes management time and depresses the share price. As a consequence the Board have taken the following actions;
- The board have identified the source of the communications and associated parties who appear to include a bankrupt, a two time convicted criminal jailed for fraud, and four shareholders.
- The board have reported the matter to the police.
- The board has forewarned all prospective clients that they may in the future receive such communications.
If you receive any unsolicited communications in the future please forward to us at info@heurstongroup.com
